Casts a poisonous spell on an enemy unit, causing damage and slowness over time, and eventual paralysis.Slow starts out at 3 seconds.
At Level 2, the slow becomes twice as powerful after 1 second, at Level 3 slow even stronger after 2 seconds and at 4, the target is stunned for 1 second after the slow.
